Prairie Fire Mustard (Very Hot)

Prairie Fire has a strong horseradish/wasabi flavour that builds when tasted and has a volatility that clears your sinuses. It is not for the faint of heart but for true mustard lovers. It is a great rub for roasting lamb, game or pork and is a great complement to prime rib or beef.
